-consists of teams in United States of America, United Provinces of Buenaventura, and Boreal North America - Commonwealth of Canada, Laurentian Republic, and [insert whatever I decide Maritimes looks like here], and one team from Antillean Confederation
-teams in Divisions all fight in off-seasons for winner
-and winner fights for main league cup
